Description

Pivot-RP is a database that helps researchers find funding opportunities and collaborators. It covers many disciplines, including arts, education, health, humanities, science, commerce, and industry. Pivot automatically generates user profiles from publicly available information, or users can create/refine their profiles. It then provides customized funding opportunities based on these profiles. It contains over 25,000 funding opportunities from more than 4,000 global sponsors. The University of Pennsylvania provides access to PIVOT-RP for anyone with a PennKey.

User Profile

Pivot-RP automatically generates user profiles from publicly available information, or users can create and refine their profiles. Customized funding opportunities are provided based on these profiles.

Searching

Filter results by sponsor types, project locations, deadlines, types of grants, and more. Use both basic and advanced search options to find relevant opportunities. For effective searching, use specific keywords and synonyms, apply filters like funding type and deadline, utilize Boolean operators (AND, OR, NOT), and take advantage of advanced search fields.

Saving & Retrieving Your Searches

Save your search queries and easily access those search results from your top navigation any time. You must access the PIVOT-RP database by using your PennKey to save entries.

Automation & Email Alerts

Automate your funding searches! Have PIVOT-RP send you email notifications daily or weekly with recent funding opportunities so you never miss an opportunity or deadline.

Accessing Pivot-RP

To access PIVOT-RP, go to pivot.proquest.com. Create an account using your institutional email or Single Sign-On (SSO) credentials. Verify your account via email, then log in with your institutional email and password.
