The Office of Research Services sponsors mandatory and optional training programs for all individuals involved in sponsored research activities. Sponsored Projects at Penn (SP@P) is designed to provide a comprehensive introduction to the basic knowledge required to effectively prepare proposals for submission to external sponsors and to monitor and manage grant funds at Penn throughout the life cycle of an award.
