Biography

Elizabeth (Missy) Peloso is the Associate Vice Provost/Associate Vice President for Research at the University of Pennsylvania. She has oversight responsibility for Research security and export compliance, pre-award activities related to federally and non-profit sponsored research, post-award activities for all sponsored projects, academic material transfer and data use agreements, and research reporting. Prior to joining Penn in 2011, she served as the Director of Research Compliance at the University of Delaware. She is a past Missy is a graduate of Duke University, holds a masters degree in biomedical engineering from Carnegie-Mellon University, and an MBA from the University of Delaware.
