Jessica Yoos

Biography

Jessica Yoos has served as Director of Human Research Protections since December 2020. She previously served as both IRB Associate Director and Senior IRB Analyst at Penn. Prior to her time at the Penn IRB, Jessica worked as a Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist within the Penn Medicine Office of Clinical Research and as an IRB Manager at Northwell Health in Long Island, NY. She has an MA in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University and an M.Phil.Ed. in Quantitative Methods from the University of Pennsylvania. She resides in the Philadelphia suburbs and enjoys baking, reading, and traveling.
