Diane Rosecrans Wender, JD

Biography

Diane Wender serves as Research Integrity Officer and also participates in the administration of the University’s policy on conflicts of interest related to research. Previously, Diane practiced law for many years as a transactional and general business attorney with special expertise in regulated industries, such as the communications industry and health care. She also served on Penn Law’s clinical faculty for several years as the supervisor of the Small Business Clinic. She is a graduate of Yale University and the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
