About
The Office of Postdoctoral Affairs (OPA) aims to facilitate and strengthen the resources, community, and support for postdoctoral trainees at the University of Pennsylvania. Under the guidance of the Senior Vice Provost for Research, OPA provides leadership in governance, policy, and best practices for all matters of concern related to the postdoc experience at Penn. OPA works in close collaboration with faculty and administrative partners throughout the research community and across the twelve schools to manage and guide the University’s 1,300+ postdoctoral researchers, fellows, and NRSA fellows.
